Gouda
Our gouda is a first place award-winning variety that is truly delicious. It is an outstanding hard cheese that beats cheddar every time. We sell pre-wrapped packages between 2 to 6 ounces, and entire wheels are available for $60 to $65 for 3 to 3.5 pounds. We also offer an "Herb of Provence Gouda" that is a refreshing bouquet of hard cheese with rosemary, lavender, and marjoram. Our gouda is the ideal selection to serve at cheese and wine parties.
Feta Cheese
Our feta cheese is a second place winner from the ADGA. We feature a firm shredded feta, which is a hard shredded cheese(taste like a parmesan) that doesn't melt in salads. It has an excellent taste that makes it a smart choice for sprinkling on all types of food. Our feta cheese is crumbled and doesn't stick to your fingers when you're adding it to food. It comes in 4 oz tub containers. Our feta in brine is packaged by 8 oz tubs.
